ROWAN BOUTIQUE LODGE for couples and dog

Lodge for couples and dog is a safe pet friendly lodge. There is underfloor heating and air conditioning. It has an open plan kitchen/lounge overlooking the lake from where you can sit with the doors open.

BEDROOM:Coming to the bedroom for couples is a luxury king size bed with storage drawers beneath, wardrobe, bedside tables. Also there is a flat screen TV and opening door direct onto deck. All bed linen is supplied.

EN-SUITE:The adjoining ensuite is to a very high standard and has large mains water quadrant shower, basin. Including vanity unit with drawers beneath, mirror  and towel radiator. Additionally all towels are supplied and Complimentary Temple Spa shower gel and liquid soap are provided.

KITCHEN/DINER:As would be expected the kitchen/breakfast bar is equipped with electric cooker, gas hob, fridge/ice compartment and dishwasher.Also a toaster, kettle and microwave and all cooking utensils are supplied and stools for couples.

LOUNGE:The lounge has 42 inch flat screen TV with free view and a flame effect log fire.Additionally a double sofa bed and reclining chair. This room also boasts a large bi-fold door onto the oversize deck which is pet secure. There is air conditioning for the summer months and under floor  heating for the colder periods.

DECK AREA:This dog friendly lodge for couples on the deck has a barbecue, table and chairs. A large sun umbrella and reclining sun loungers.  The deck area is dog secure and has a lovely view of the woodland and wildlife. There is no extra charge for a dog – you bring all your own pet accompaniments.

Oak boutique lodge near York is a dog friendly hottub lodge for couples and is adult only. Consequentially Is an exceptionally smart lodge with a wood fired hot tub. Which overlooks the lake.Complimented by under floor heating and air conditioning throughout. Additionally all lodges are adult only and dog friendly.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN.The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. All cooking ,eating utensils  and towels are provided and the dining table overlooks the lake.

COSY INTIMATE LOUNGE.The lounge area has two leather chairs with footstools.These are reclining leather chairs should you need a little more relaxation. Chill out whilst laying back watching the forty-two-inch flat screen TV with Freeview and log effect fire.

LARGE SECURE DECK.The large deck  with hot tub has a professional barbecue, outdoor table and chairs and reclining sun loungers. This area is extremely dog friendly.

BEDROOM WITH LUXURY LINEN.The bedroom  includes a king size  bed, a wardrobe with drawers, bedside tables with dimmable lamps and a flat screen TV. The adjoining en-suite bathroom has a smart shower. Other bathroom furniture includes WC, vanity unit/ basin with illuminated mirror and heated towel rail. Linen and towels are provided.

DOG FRIENDLY HOTTUB LODGE for couples with a pooch. Nearby is THE OAKS GOLF CLUB AND SPA which is about 600 metres away.
